Winter experiences and winter pleasures in Pazeider

December beckons in the mild Merano basin with walks in the warm sun. While prepared winter hiking trails lead through the snow-covered landscape in the winter sports areas on the mountain, the mild Merano Basin in the Adige Valley is snow-free almost the entire winter. Here, numerous hiking trails are also passable in winter at pleasant temperatures and offer the ideal backdrop for winter hiking in South Tyrol.
The South Tyrolean Waalwege, the Tappeinerweg and the summer and winter promenades in the spa town of Merano are particularly picturesque. Numerous cleared snow trails run through the region's five winter sports areas.

New Year's Eve in the Pazeider

Let's move into 2024 together.

We have one of the best views from the Pazeider Terrace of the happenings in Merano, Dorf Tirol and all the way to Lana. After a New Year's Eve gala menu, we meet on the terrace and toast together to a peaceful and healthy 2024. Afterwards we dance and celebrate together into the new year.
