Gym
The Pazeider Gym has a treadmill, a cross trainer and two Technogym cycle ergometers for your cardiovascular training. Strength training fans will also find a number of options to train at the Pazeider Gym. Sling training, a barbell, a training bench (TrieTrainer), a WallBar and a Swing Tower let your muscles play and grow.
Weekly programm:
- Monday: Morning gymnastics 8.30 - 9.15 a.m.
- Tuesday: Gentle evening yoga 5.30 - 6.30 pm
- Wednesday: 5 Tibetans 16.30 - 17.20 Meditation 17.30 - 18.20
- Thursday: Stretching the meridians 6.10 - 7.00 pm
- Friday: Spinal gymnastics 8.30 - 9.15 a.m.
