Here everything revolves around our guests and our wood-fired oven, from which our pizzaola Luigi conjures up the most delicious pizzas in the entire Merano region. At first glance, our creations appear "expensive" on the menu. But in relation to what?  Allow us to use a simile. The production of our taste miracle begins with the preparation of the dough more than 50 hours before you bite into the first slice of your delicious pizza.
